Bound by sasthras Srimad Azhagiya Singar (Jeeyar of Sri Ahobila Matam) is unable to travel outside India. However, modern technology has made it possible to bring the voice of HH to the devout sishyas around the world. Out of HH's infinite compassion, HH agreed to address Sri Vaishnavas and other devotees on various topics realting to Sri Vaishnavam. Srimad Azhagiya Singar HH delivered the first address on November 28, 1998. Since then Srimad Azhagiyasingar has since then given lectures to aasthikas around the world on the following topics: Kanninun Siruthaambu Thirunedundandakam Saranagathi Gadyam Anugraha Bhashanams for Deepavali/New Year (Click here) You can order the entire Kanninun Siruthaambu series in MP3 format from our bookstore. Since Srimad Azhagiya Singar is almost always traveling, the schedule of the lectures is not predictable. However, it is usually on a Saturday morning and will start at about 10:00 a.m. USA Eastern Standard Time (about 7:30 p.m. India Time). You can listen to the upanyasam live from any part of the world since we send you a US Conference Bridge to connect to. Sishyas in India nowadays have VOIP facilities and can also listen to the upanyasam live. If you are unable to attend at that specific time, we will also post an audio recording of the upanyasam within a few days on our website.

Why should I register every time to listen to upanyasam? Srimad Azhagiyasingar, out of his infinite grace, wants to hear the names of all participants before each upanyasam since this is done remotely over phone. It is for this reason that we read out the participant list during the tele-upanyasam. Its a great way for us to offer our pranams to our acharyan and for him to hear our names and get familiar with us.
