* All fields are required. Please have all the required information ready before you register and do not try to change any information after you have submitted the form.
* Each person should register only once.
* If you are registering a group, please type the group leader or the teacher's name & email first and then type all participants' names and their email. If you are registering multiple groups please register each group separately and give a different group name for each group.
* No change can be made later to the time slot or song you have selected. So please be ready with that information when you register.
* Once you complete the registration you will be sent an email acknowledging the registration with your time slot for performance.
* After all the slots are filled, the web site will not allow you to register.
* Please make sure that you are present at least 30 minutes before your time slot.
* We request the teachers to inform their students about their time for performance.
* Participants are expected to make their own arrangements for accompaniments of instruments if they want to have any.
